Organizing deliveries around customers’ receiving hours

Turn addresses, receiving windows and stop durations into data your team can review.

Prepare every stop

Record the customer name, address and order so the driver can identify the destination. Add the receiving window and expected service duration. A customer with a gatehouse and one with direct unloading may require different times. Confirm these details with operations instead of assigning the same duration to every stop.

Check the origin and coordinates

Set the departure point and review addresses on the map. A visible marker helps identify missing coordinates or an incorrectly selected address. If a search cannot resolve a location, record and check the available information before planning. A street name alone does not confirm access to the unloading area.

Compare sequences with real constraints

Use Otimiza’s planning options to compare delivery sequences and review schedules. Check estimates with the team responsible for travel and receiving. Keep unloading order consistent with the load; if a stop changes, review the associated products before departure as well.
