From cutting plans to truck loading: organize the handoff
Keep names, materials and quantities recognizable from production through delivery.

Create a shared reference
An order should be identifiable in both the cutting list and load preparation. Use clear names for parts and products and retain the order identifier. Save the project after a review and record what changed. The next team then has a reference it can check rather than a list without context.
Review before transferring
Otimiza can transfer cut parts into load preparation. Check dimensions, quantities, and material thickness and weight information before this step. Compare the result with the actual transport arrangement: a packaged assembly may need a different product record from its individual parts.
Separate planning from execution
Generating a plan does not mean production has taken place. Confirm consumption and offcuts in the relevant workflow after checking execution. Before loading, review the vehicle, products and delivery sequence. Export a copy of the relevant data so the review can continue on another computer when needed.
